BongsMart ships nationwide to all Australian states. Some Dry/Glass Pipes cannot be shipped to Queensland residents. We only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.
Standard delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post or XL Express. XL Express courier is used over Australia Post when the order is large or contains lighters. It can take up to 14 days to receive your order once it is shipped from our warehouse. You can track your order using the following links:

However, once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, address details cannot be changed by Bongsmart, Australia Post or XL Express. Parcels that are returned to BongsMart will incur a $9.95 fee at the customers expense to resent the item.
