BongsMart ships nationwide to all Australian states. Some Dry/Glass Pipes cannot be shipped to Queensland residents. We only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.

Standard delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post or XL Express. XL Express courier is used over Australia Post when the order is large or contains lighters. Please contact BongsMart immediately at sales@bongsmart.com.au. If address details are incorrect and we can try and amend the shipping details. However, once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, address details cannot be changed by Bongsmart, Australia Post or XL Express. Parcels that are returned to BongsMart will incur a $9.95 fee at the customers expense to resent the item.
