Why can’t I pay with Paypal?
Paypal have strict terms and conditions in regard to the type of items that can be purchased on their platform. Smoking accessories and paraphernalia are banned items that they choose to not have using their facility.
Will my package display the BongsMart logo or package contents?
No. You don’t have to worry about hiding your purchase from prying eyes. At BongsMart we value discretion. That’s why we ensure all our packaging is plain and generic, to give you total peace of mind.
Where do BongsMart ship?
BongsMart ships nationwide to all Australian states. Some Dry/Glass Pipes cannot be shipped to Queensland residents. We only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post or XL Express. XL Express courier is used over Australia Post when the order is large or contains lighters. It can take up to 7 days to receive your order once it is shipped from our warehouse. You can track your order using the following links:

I have entered the incorrect address details, can I change it?
Please contact BongsMart immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if address details are incorrect and we can try and amend the shipping details. However, once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, address details cannot be changed by Bongsmart, Australia Post or XL Express. Parcels that are returned to BongsMart will incur a $9.95 fee at the customers expense to resent the item.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
All orders can be amended, changed and cancelled before items are dispatched from our warehouse. Price changes and fees may apply. Please contact us at email@example.com for any changes that need to be made to your booking immediately. However, once orders have been dispatched amendments, changes and cancellations cannot be made.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Go to your basket and click on ‘proceed to checkout’, then enter your code in the field.
Can I use a discount on an already discounted item?
Sorry discount codes can’t be applied to sale items or pack deals/offers.
Can I use more than one discount code at once?
Unfortunately our discount field only accepts one code at a time. But don’t worry, we’re constantly releasing huge deals all the time. So keep your eyes peeled and make sure you use one next time you shop with us.
